Arkan Holding Company is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Closed Company, established by Bayan Investment Holding Company in year 2003.
The main purpose of Arkan Holding is to invest in the Industrial Sector activities in the Arab World.
Arkan Holding has started with an authorized share capital of one million Kuwaiti Dinars (1,000,000 K.D.), this has been increased to five millions (5,000,000 K.D.) in year 2004, to enable the company starting to set up the selected projects.
